General Conditions

- Our products are intended for personal use and may not be resold without written consent from MN Fragrances.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website at our sole discretion.
- All transactions and communications must comply with applicable laws.
Order Processing & Cancellations
- Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received.
- You may request an order cancellation only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted once the product is in transit.
- In the event of any operational or inventory issues, MN Fragrances reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund.
Returns & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur.
Damaged Products
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with supporting photos and/or videos.
- Damaged items will be eligible for replacement at no extra cost, subject to verification.
- In certain cases, we may request that the damaged product be returned before a replacement is sent.
Non-Returnable Products
- Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of damage upon arrival.
- Products without original packaging, seals, or labels are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only in the event that a replacement is not possible.
- Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Product Presentation & Variations
- All descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for representational purposes.
- Slight variations in color, scent strength, or packaging may occur due to the artisanal production process.
- Such variations will not be treated as product defects.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the courier, it is considered fulfilled.
Intellectual Property
- The LOVE MY SCENTS name, logo, product designs, images, and written content are the intellectual property of MN Fragrances.
- Reproduction, duplication, or distribution without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
- MN Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
- Product safety and suitability should be determined by the customer before use, especially for individuals with allergies or sensitivities.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India/Uttar Pradesh.
- All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannauj.
