Cancellations & Refund

At LOVE MY SCENTS, a brand by MN Fragrances, each fragrance is crafted and packaged with the utmost care. While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, certain policies apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds to maintain the exclusivity and hygiene standards of our products.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at fragrancesmn@gmail.com with your order number.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos).
  • You receive the wrong product.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or personal use.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Change of mind or personal dislike of the fragrance after use.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
  • Returns should be sent via a trackable courier service. We will not be responsible for lost return shipments.
